GUACAMOLE 
3 ripe avocados, mashed (leave a little chunky)
1 tomato
1/2 red Bermuda onion
2-3 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon (or can use 2 limes instead)
2 tbsp. fresh salsa (or can add as much salsa as you like to taste)
Pinch salt

Place mashed avocado into a bowl. Chop tomato and onion and add to avocado. Add garlic and salsa. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix well and chill. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
