GARDEN RICE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. cubed tomatoes
1/2 c. diced cucumber
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped dry roasted nuts

Cook rice; do not use butter. Cool it. Toss lightly with next 8 ingredients. Cover; chill and garnish with peanuts.
