RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. wild rice, uncooked
3/4 c. brown rice, uncooked
1 can tomatoes
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 4 oz. jar)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix together - add 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Bake in greased casserole 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
