CRANBERRY PIE 
2 c. cranberries, cut in half
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
Pinch of salt
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
Pastry strips for criss-cross top

Mix sugar and flour together, sprinkle over berries in unbaked pie shell. Add cream and pinch of salt. Cover with criss-cross top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes until done.
