REFRIGERATED COLE SLAW 
2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed
3 qt. cabbage, coarsely shredded
3 sm. onions, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/3 tsp. turmeric
3 green peppers, chopped

Boil vinegar, seasonings and sugar and pour while hot over cabbage, onions and peppers. Cool and store in refrigerator. Will keep 3 - 4 weeks.
