REFRIGERATED COLE SLAW 
4 lbs. cabbage
6 stalks celery
1 c. onion
3 tsp. celery seed
3 tsp. turmeric
3 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. white vinegar
6 c. sugar

Chop first 3 ingredients and set aside. In a large saucepan, mix together celery seed, turmeric, dry mustard, vinegar, and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil and pour over cabbage mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 3 days before serving. Keeps in refrigerator several months.
