ANNA'S PICKLED SLAW 
Chop: 1 green pepper (bell mango) 2 lg. onions 1 bunch celery

Mix together and cool.

BOILED DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. dry mustard

Bring to boil. While still hot, pour over vegetables. Chill at least 2 days. Keeps indefinitely. Serves a large group.
