3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Make 3 wells. Pour vanilla in one. Pour oil in one. Pour vinegar in one. Pour water over top. Mix but don't beat.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F. Very moist. Serve with or without frosting.
