CONDENSED MILK 
1 c. non-fat dry milk solids
1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Blend in electric blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. This recipe yields about the same amount of one (14 ounce) can or about 1 1/4 cup, and tastes the same.
