CAFE BAVARIAN MINT 
1/4 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 hard candy peppermint, broken

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and process on high until well blended. Use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per cup of boiling water.
