BAKED SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. onion, chopped
2/3 c. squash, cooked half-done
1 tbsp. Accent
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
2/3 c. carrots, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. grated cheese

Stir stuffing mix in butter; remove half. Mix remaining ingredients and layer with remaining stuffing mix on top. Top with grated cheese. Bake until casserole is bubbling.

Option: Ground meat or chicken can be added.
