COUNTRY CHEESE BALL 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) can bean and bacon soup
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled
Dash cayenne pepper
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
Chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients except parsley with electric mixer; beat until smooth. Shape in ball; roll in parsley. Chill.
