MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 tbsp. minced onion
Chili powder
2 eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. shredded American cheese

Mix ground beef, sausage, chicken crumbs, onion, 1 tablespoon chili powder and 1 egg. Shape by tablespoonfuls into meatballs. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; drain. Add soups.

Combine dry ingredients with 1 teaspoon chili powder. Blend milk, oil and 1 egg. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Knead lightly on floured surface. Roll out to 12 inch square. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up; seal edges. Cut into 12 slices. Place biscuits over meat mixture cut side up. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
