MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1 biscuit recipe or refrigerator biscuits

Mix well first 8 ingredients; shape into meat balls. Brown, cover and cook 10 minutes; drain. Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Heat soups, milk, water until steaming. Pour over meatballs and top with biscuits.

CHILI CHEESE BISCUITS:

1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut in 1/3 cup shortening. Add 1 egg, 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Roll out to 12 inch square. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon dried parsley. Roll up and cut into 8 slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
