HAMBURGER & CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. water

Combine hamburger, egg, salt, onion and crumbs. Shape into 16 to 20 balls. Brown. Drain off fat. Pour in soup, water and parsley. Simmer for 20 minutes.
