CORN SALAD | |
2 cans shoe peg corn, drained 1/2 to 1 c. green onion, chopped 1/2 c. stuffed pimentos, sliced 1 med. bell pepper, sliced or chopped 1 bottle Italian dressing (not creamy) Mix all ingredients well and let set 1 hour or overnight. Salad keeps well for a week or longer. |
