STRAWBERRY PUDDING | |
Batter: 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk butter size of an egg 2 tsp. baking powder flour (for stiff batter, about 2 1/2 c.) Fruit: 2 c. fruit 2 c. sugar 2 c. boiling water Put batter in pan and pour fruit mixture over top and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. |
