STRAWBERRY PUDDING 
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 sm. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. sour cream
1 box vanilla wafers

Combine strawberries, gelatin and sugar in saucepan. Melt gelatin and sugar over medium to low heat until strawberries are completely coated. Combine pudding mix, milk, sour cream and half of the Cool Whip. Blend together well.

Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer of vanilla wafers, layer of strawberry mixture and layer of pudding mixture. Continue this until as long as mixtures allow (normally 2 layers each). Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
