A POT FULL OF BOLOGNA 
4 c. raw potatoes, diced
1 ring of bologna, peeled & diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix ingredients together. Don't add salt. Place in casserole and cook in the microwave about 15 to 18 minutes or until potatoes are nearly done. Remove from the microwave and place 4 or more slices of American cheese on top. Melt in microwave. Serves 4. (Can also add small can of mushrooms and onions too.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
