2 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter

Put above in pan and stir well. Bring to boil and boil hard one minute. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 1/4 cups oatmeal, mix well and drop on waxed paper by spoonfuls.
