ORANGE - ALMOND SALAD 
1 lb. spinach, washed, veined & drained
1/3 c. chopped chives (or freeze dried)
1/3 c. peanut oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. pkg. blanched almonds, toasted in peanut oil (can be sauteed on stove)
1/2 bottle Old Dutch Sweet & Sour dressing

1. Mix spinach, chives and oil.

2. Add 1/2 bottle of dressing.

3. Add oranges and almonds.

4. Chill.

Note: Can be made a day ahead.
