LAYERED CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. head cauliflower
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Layer in a bowl in order given with 1/4 of the dressing on each layer and top. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Toss before serving.
