CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing mix 3 tbsp. oil for frying Brown chicken in skillet with 3 tablespoons oil. Cook until tender. Place in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing as directed on box, but do not let stand. Put stuffing in middle of chicken breasts. Mix mushroom soup, milk and parsley together, then pour over entire dish. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden brown. |
