WENDY'S MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt
Pepper
V-8 juice
1 egg
Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crushed
1 strip bacon

Mix together the beef, salt, pepper and egg. Add the crushed stuffing and V-8 juice, to the consistency meatloaf you like. Place a strip of bacon on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serves 4.
