EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
5 carrots, cut in 1 in. pieces
3 potatoes, cut in 1 in. cubes
1 (28 oz.) can Hunt's whole tomatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Coat beef with flour, salt, and pepper. Put it in a 3 quart casserole and toss with the Wesson oil. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir once. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
