WESTERN BARBECUE PIZZA 
2 pizza crusts
1 lb. ground pork or ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. barbecue sauce
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
6 oz. each Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Mix meat and garlic brown and drain, stir in barbecue sauce and onions. Reduce heat to low, simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until onions are tender. Spread on crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, bake 5 minutes longer. Garnish with green pepper rings.
