SPICY HADDOCK 
1 1/2 lb. haddock or cod
1 (15 oz.) can Del Monte diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel was too watery)

Rinse and dry fish. Place in a slightly oiled baking pan (glass is fine). Top with tomatoes and green chilies.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
