IMPOSSIBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. cold water

Pour all dry ingredients into sifter and sift into greased square 9 inch cake pan. Make three holes in this dry mixture. Into one, pour the vinegar; into the next, the vanilla; into the third. Pour the oil. Pour cold water over it all. Beat the entire mixture with a spoon until it is smooth and you can't see any flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
