IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9" pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender or mixing bowl. Blend high for 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Bake until firm, about 45 minutes. Spread topping over top. Chill about 3 hours.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar with sour cream. Add vanilla.
