2 med. potatoes, chopped and peeled 1 carrot, chopped and peeled 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 can Campbell's tomato paste 2 c. chopped cabbage 1 1/2 tsp. thyme Parsley flakes 1 can crushed tomatoes Pour everything into crock pot and fill the rest with water. Do not add salt; if use home canned tomatoes, it is not necessary. Cook overnight and hope the smell won't keep you awake. |
