KALE AND BLACK-EYED PEAS 
1 box frozen kale
1 box frozen black-eyed peas
2 tbsp. bulgur (wheat)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/3 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook kale and 1/3 box of peas as directed on packages, until tender. Turn off heat. Add bulgur and let sit a few minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Saute onion in oil until tender. Add all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is usually served with green onions and Syrian or Italian bread.
