SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. sea scallops
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder

Melt butter in large fry pan. Add lemon juice and garlic powder. When ingredients are hot, add scallops and saute for 3 to 6 minutes. Transfer to hot platter and serve. 6-8 servings.
