TUNA MOLD 
2 cans tuna, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sliced onion
1/2 c. boiled water
1 pkg. gelatin
1 tsp. lemon juice

Put water and gelatin into blender and process. Add remaining ingredients and process again. Pour into mold and chill. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
