HAM AND LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. dry lima beans (soak or cook on low overnight)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 - 1/2 lb. ham or bacon, cut in small pieces (I use bacon)
1 c. water
1 can tomato soup

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 10 hours. (High: 4 to 5 hours.) This recipe may be doubled for the 5 quart crock pot.
