ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Blend butter and brown sugar. Add eggs. Add vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in shredded zucchini, coconut, and chopped walnuts. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 tbsp. milk

Put on while bars are warm.
