SNICKERDOODLES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar (you can cut back on sugar)
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
Salt

Cream butter and eggs with sugar. Sift flour, cream of tartar and baking soda, salt. Mix together. Roll into walnut size and roll into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake 400 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
