1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
Cinnamon & sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. After everything is mixed together, roll into balls and roll in the cinnamon and sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
