HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. mustard, prepared
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan melt the butter. Add honey, mustard, curry powder and mix well. Coat both sides of the chicken pieces with the honey mixture as you place them in the pan, skin side down. Bake 1/2 hour on each side, basting occasionally. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
