HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. of chicken pieces or 8 chicken breast halves
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and curry until well mixed. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, basting every 20 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Bake at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
