CHICKEN APRICOT 
1 whole chicken or breasts, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Combine all ingredients. Marinate for as long as possible. Place in oven-proof dish in single layer with apricot halves face down on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
