APRICOT CHICKEN 
3 to 4 lbs. chicken breasts
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Russian dressing

Line large shallow pan with foil. Arrange chicken in pan. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon over chicken. Cover lightly with foil. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover. Continue cooking and basting until sauce adheres to chicken and has syrupy appearance. Serves 6 to 8.
