APRICOT CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. chicken (or 6 breasts)
12 oz. apricot preserves
1 sm. Batter Russian dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Mix together. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste frequently. Can be cooked on the grill.
