APRICOT CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 jar apricot jam
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing

Mix together last three ingredients, coat each piece of chicken with the mixture. Place skin side down in 9x13 inch baking dish (may use skinned chicken if desired). Cover. Bake 45 minutes. Turn pieces over continue baking and basting with mixture for 15 minutes more.
