NEPTUNE SUPREME 
3 cans Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
1 lb. cooked shrimp
3 lb. crab meat, flaked
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. evaporated milk
lemon juice, crushed nuts, bread crumbs and Jack cheese, shredded

Line 13 x 9-inch greased pan with shrimp and flaked crab pieces. Lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. In a separate bowl, mix soup, evaporated milk and sour cream. If too thick, add a little more milk. Pour over the above.

Sprinkle a light layer of bread crumbs, nuts and shredded Jack cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Let rest at least 10 minutes to settle before serving.

Serves 12.

NOTE: A great party dish! Winn-Dixie has 2 pound bags of "imitation crab."
