NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE 
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
Fresh fruit or topping

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Chill until set (at least 4 hours). Garnish with fruit.
