PEAR JAM 
6 big pears
2 green apples
1 orange
10 maraschino cherries
3 c. sugar

Wash fruit. Remove seeds and core but do not remove skins. Chop coarsely in food processor or food grinder. Add the sugar. Bring to a boil and stir constantly. Boil for 15 minutes. Pour in hot sterile jars and seal immediately with 1/2 inch paraffin. Label.
