X-TRA GOOD PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Blend flour, Crisco, and salt with pastry blender to coarse crumbs. Mix egg, water, and vinegar and add to above. Mix well. Form into ball. Cover and chill 20 minutes. Makes 2 double crusts or 4 shells.
