HUNGARIAN LESCO 
2 tbsp. oil
2 lg. onions
3 lg. green peppers
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
4 lg. tomatoes or 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 lb. salami, cut up (Kosher)
1 c. water

Cut the onions and green peppers into small pieces, saute in oil until soft. Peel and mash the tomatoes. Add mushrooms, salami, tomatoes and water. Cook about 1 hour.
