AUNT ROSE'S LEMON CAKE PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. cake flour
2 eggs, separate yolks & whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Juice & rind of 1 lemon
Unbaked pie shell

Cream butter and sugar. Add sifted flour to creamed mixture. Add beaten egg yolks, milk, lemon juice and rind. Then fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake until firm in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
