TUNA BAKE WITH CHEESE SWIRLS 
3 tbsp. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. fat
6 tbsp. flour
1 (10 1/2 oz.) chicken soup mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) can tuna

Brown onion and peppers in hot fat. Add salt and flour, blend. Add soup and milk cook until sauce is thick and add flaked tuna and lemon juice. Pour greased baking dish. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Reset oven temperature to 475 degrees. While oven is reheating. Top casserole with cheese swirls.

CHEESE SWIRLS:

Roll biscuits thin, sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and finely chopped pimento if desired. Put cheese in baskets.
